Cocktail Recipe du Jour: Double Pepper Margarita

Hey guys!
It doesn't need to be Cinco de Mayo for us to enjoy a marg! This recipe is one I've been making recently on Sunday nights - definitely a cure for the Sunday blues! Also, this recipe calls for multiple veggies so it's a great way to knock out those pesky veggie servings. #amiright? It's definitely a winning cocktail that has a little bite – perfect for Cinco de Mayo and beyond!

What You'll Need (Recipe serves uno)
- 1/4 of a bell pepper
- 1 lime
- A segment of cucumber (about 1-2 inches depending on preference)
- Bunch of cilantro (optional)
- Serrano, jalapeno or fresno chili pepper (optional)
- 2 shots of your favorite blanco/silver tequila
- Honey/agave
- ice
What To Do:
- Add the cucumber, bell pepper, cilantro, chili pepper (if you're using the last two) to a tumbler with ice and muddle very well.
- Add the juice of one lime to the mix.
- Add a drizzle of honey or more to taste.
- Add the tequila and shake, shake, shake!
- Serve in your favorite margarita glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a lime wedge!
