Shipping + Return Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lazyjack Press. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and should arrive between 3 and 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Regular domestic shipping is free on all orders. Overnight delivery is available for $30 within the continental United States only. If you place an order on Friday for overnight delivery, delivery will occur on Monday. (No Saturday delivery).

Delivery delays may occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you purchased a product that is out of stock i.e. pre-order, it will be shipped once it arrives to us.


Lazyjack Press is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship internationally.

Lazyjack Press is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Exchanges only.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Custom is not eligible to be returned for any reason.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. You must inform us within 7 days of the item you wish to exchange it for.
