Refund policy

We offer exchanges only—no refunds.

You have 15 days from the date of your purchase to request an exchange. After that, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate requests.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards and custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Return shipping is on you. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll drop you an email to let you know whether your exchange is approved. From there, you have seven days to tell us what you'd like instead.
